CEL only on highway

ok, update: I drove to Austin and it flashed like usual. 60mph it flashes every few minutes, 80+ mph it almost doesn't stop flashing, It finally went solid and flashed. I checked for codes and it says P0302. Cylinder 2 Misfire.
Think it might be Cyl #2 injector?

Yeah I say follow the diagnostic proceedures of the FSM. Here's some online links if you don't have one:

Looks like these are the possibilities
Open or short engine wire
Connector connection
Vacuum hose connection
Ignition system
Injector
Fuel pressure
Mass air flow meter
Engine coolant temp. sensor
Compression pressure
Valve clearance
Valve timing
ECM

how do I ohm out the injectors? is this something i can do in my driveway? I am pretty mechanincally incined. I just did my valvecover gaskets so I am familiar with pulling the intake off.

So lets think about what's going on on the highway; the engine is seeing a greater load the faster we go, especally if you have a lift, big tires, bull bar, etc.... In my case anyway (auto tranny and 5.29 gearing) I'm seeing higher rpms there too. I also see my hottest coolant temps on the highway, probably because of the higher loads on the engine. I sometimes see my boost gauge hit in the 5-7psi range just to maintain 75mph up a small hill with the cruise control set.
So guessing* at possibilities:
Higher fuel demand..(fuel pressure or injecter problem maybe)
Higher temps..(Temp sensor maybe)
Bigger load.. more compression
*don't assume I know what I'm talking about for sure
