Camber way out?
Hey guys I did a search but turned up little results.
I noticed that my camber appears to be wayy out today ... I installed OME suspension and got it aligned afterwards but I am really wondering if they did a ****ty job or if the cam is just maxed out in its adjustment
The camber is noticeably out when looking at the truck head on and it is pretty bad IMO because the inside ~1" of the tire seems to barely contact the road (stays dirty)

You installed suspension parts...? Details on that maybe...
Normally on these trucks even when they are lifted the Ecetric Cams on the control arms are so large that they allow for large adjustments for a very long time...
However the most common issue for these Cam bolts to stop adjusting is for the bushing the thy move(Lower control arm bushings) wear out and allow for minimal adjustments once this happens... Replace lower control arm bushings and align.

Got it adjusted and rolling nice now ... the alignment shop apparently had a F@#* tard working the first day I took it in and my issue was quickly addressed and sorted when I took it back in

Glad they fixed it. You can check this yourself though. I gave myself an alignment last weekend when I overhauled my front end, and I got within 0.1° for toe with just a tape measure. Camber is a little more difficult, but you could do it with a level and something to square up against the wheel. If the guy really did screw it up that bad, it should be pretty easy to figure that out with a level.

As an alignment tech, it sounds to me like they just did what we call a, "toe-and-go." Meaning, the lazy jack wagon pulled your truck on, looked at the numbers, said to himself, "camber and caster dont look tttthhhaaaattt bad...I'll just set the toe and see how it drives." Lucky for him, your truck drove straight. Unfortunately for him, you noticed. Like I stated above, I am an alignment technician. That's at least 50% of my job. It really makes me kinda sick seeing my colleages pulling this kind of crap. My suggestion to you and everyone else on this page is that when you go to get your car or truck aligned, watch from the bay door or office window if you can, and ask for a print out of your readings with before and after graphs.
