I did a similar conversion and I used...

http://www.trucknvans.com/Colored_Bulb_Covers_s/555.htm

If you google it under "colored bulb covers" or "autometer covers" you should find a whole bunch. You'll need a site with the different sizes unless your only doing your cluster. For my 88 Runner it was the small standard for the heater & A/C controls and the large or magnum, I guess you could say, for the dash cluster.

I've seen them at autoparts stores and even at large retail outlets with "Auto" sections like WalMart or Meijers.

I found that it was just as easy to change out the bulbs to colored ones as it was to put condoms on them...and you get a lot less weird looks...I had started the thread...and deleted it when I cleaned up my threads.

Any local auto parts place has colored bulbs in the "bling bling" section!

Most of the dash bulbs etc are 194 on my 85. Just look in the little bulb charts at the auto parts place for the bulbs they have. Look it up by your vehicle and it should tell you what bulb. Any place should have it since you have a newer vehicle.

Good luck.

go here
http://www.mcmaster.com/
and search for "Colored Light Bulb Covers" they are on page 631
just get all three of the smallest bags of 10. They're cheap.

You'll need 2 different sizes T1 and T1 3/4 I think. Need 'em for things like the switches and the heater controls, and the lighter and stuff.

I love my "battle stations" red dash board lights!

Just check the "rice" section at you autoparts store and they usually cost less then $2 for a pair which that company is making a killing.
