Built 4Runner...

Hey guys:

Had to post this 4Runner I saw posted locally on C-list. I took a double take when I saw the Taco front end

Also check out his additional pics: http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/cto/1625924681.html

What all goes into a front end swap like that? Do you replace the whole core support up front as well, welding in the Tacoma one, or is it all pretty much bolt on. I love the front end of the 04+ Tacoma's, they look really beefy and the 4runner looks really unique with it.

I wanna see a build thread or write up about this.

Yeah he is on this forum. his user name is FutureSEAL16. He is actually wanting to sell or trade for a stock 3rd gen because he wants to do a whole new build.
I am pretty sure you do have to replace the core support witha tacoma one.

Definetly a nicely built truck.

Price seems about $4k too high, especially for a truck with already 96k on a rebuilt motor, and the fact it looks like its been beat into the ground....

It has what everyone else has... mild lift, bumper, tires, etc. Except for the roll cage and stripped interior I don't see why it should be so much?!

In terms of resale value that stripped interior is a big factor. I would be surprised if anyone paid that. I'm personally not a fan of that truck besides the black interior

Ian what's coming of the Chargers? I hear talks about Lonyae Miller coming in? Goodbye LT and Sproles you better pray we keep Floyd and Jackson, wouldn't mind Merriman staying either...oh how I hate Mark Sanchez

Price is too high, as previously mentioned...but it is definitely unique.
