Bugs?
I'll be driving from Daytona to Duluth, MN (1800 mi. each way) and won't be able to wash them off every night. I'm planning on extra wax up front, but I was curious if there was anything else you would recommend?

WD-40 will help remove the bugs if they get too thick....

Go down to your local Honda motorcycle store and pick up a can or 2 of Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish. $5.00 a can and this stuff will clean 'em off and make your hood shiny too. Just spray it on, let it sit about 30 seconds and wipe. Bugs Be Gone.
I've been using it to clean bugs off my fairing and chain lube of the rear wheel. It seems to work on anything.

just use PAM cooking spray. if it's good enough to keep the rubber from sticking to the grill in million dollar race cars, it's good enough to keep the bugs off our trucks

edit: oops, should have kept reading all the posts, it would have kept me from repeating the answer
