Hooked up the boost guage today, and after much confusion and 5 trips to Pep Boys (highly reccomended by the way) got it working. I still don't have a pod to mount it, so I had my dad drive while I watched the guage. I told him to get to 5200 rpm in 4th gear (which would be 100+ mph), but he would only go 90 mph and at 4800 rpm. Here's the exciting part -- at 90 mph and WOT, the guage read 7.75 psi! I'm at almost sea level, and have the ISR and deckplate mods done, so that's what I'll attribute it to. In 2nd gear at 5200 rpm it read a touch over 6.5 psi and in 3rd gear at 5200 rpm it read a solid 7 psi. I think next weekend will be the injectors and the fuel computer. I've changed my mind about the S-AFC though. With 330cc injectors, I know I'll get ping, and the S-AFC doesn't control timing. I'm set on the SMT-5. Sounds like it would be a good alternative, and it's only $65 or $50 more than what I would be paying for a S-AFC. I'll be sure to report back next week!

Oh by the way, if anyone has a boost guage POD (I only need the pod itself, but if ya have the whole kit let me know too) or if you know where I can find a used one (I'm looking to pay around $25) let me know ASAP! I can't read the guage when I'm driving because I don't have to pod!

I have the single TRD pod laying around if that is what you want. If you have the Oak interior, I can also hook you up with a brand new double pod.
