If nobody on here knows you can just go to your local dealer or call them and they could probably get the sizes for you. You might even get them to sell you the bolts for their discounted price at ~$5 per bolt, theyd be glad to help you then!

Yeah, depending the dealer...most of the times they are very helpful. I've made friends with everybody from the Parts and Service areas at my local dealer. So they always help me out with that kinda stuff. Generally the parts advisors are more friendly than the service guys, but thats just what I've seen.

Thanks to standardization that goes into modern industry you probably already have the screws and bolts you need to figure it out.
Have front turnsignals? Odds are they are the same screw for the taillights. Those screws and every other bolt on the truck probably fit somewhere else. The bolts for the skid plate might be the same as the seat belt or seat mounting bolts.
Just try pulling different bolts here and there and fitting them where you need replacements then either head for a junkyard and start pulling screws off of various other Toyotas or go to True Value. I usually wind up going there in the end since they tend to have a good selection of metric bolts in different thread pitches.
I just made a new air injection block plate bolt for my headers using a metric oil pan plug I got from True Value. Darn near everything on the truck will have a 10mm, 12mm or 14mm head and I think they all have the same thread pitch.
On something like the skidplate, go the extra mile and find some grade 8 stuff.
Just the pointless opines of a cheap, long term Toy owner

just take a bolt you need to replace into the hardware store...... thats what i do... my local ace hardware has automotive grade black metric bolts.... not exactly sure what grade they are, they are stamped 8.8, so im assuming grade 8.8 and they seem good enough... got them holding on my motor mounts, and they are still on almost a year later...... knock on wood with my luck
