i searched for the bolt pattern for a '00 taco and i was able to find that the '01s are 6 on 5.5", is this the same for an '00?

another question...i am getting the black rockcrawler steel wheels for my truck and have seen two different types, one with a small red and blue stripe around the outside of the wheel and another type without the stripes. does anyone know who manufactures the different models? i want to get the brand without the stripes. is 3.75" an acceptable backspace for a 15x8 wheel with 33x10.5 tires because i know the stock backspace is about 4.5" (correct me if im wrong)? i know i need less backspace than stock so i don't rub the upper a-arms, but i still dont want to rub the trd fender flares under full stuff.

 

Both of these places have black rock crawlers like you seek that will fit as far as I know.

ok, i did some more searching and the backspacing is all straight, but im still having trouble finding the bolt pattern for an '00 tacoma, is it 6 on 5.5" like the '01s?

thanks wabbit, i don't like the styling of the wheeler's too much but the other type is what i'm looking for. do you know if the ones from 4wheel parts have the red and blue stripes? i can't tell from the picture on the site

I'm pretty sure most Tacos and 4Runners have the same lug pattern, 6 on 5.5" but just call the dealer or a tire place to make sure.

Tech 1s have no stripe. Make sure you get some black lugnuts as well. Wheeler's carries them for a $1 each and a black locknut set as well, all Gorilla.

 

get black lugs? i was thinking that chrome lugs and center caps might look good, what do you guys think? or better, does anyone have pics with black rims and chrome or black lugs and center caps. i have a red truck, but any pics are great.

anyone know were to find the tech1's at a good price? the 15x8s are $62 on 4wheel parts and i always thought they were about $35/40.
