Bleeding clutch

I bled the brakes last weekend with the Motive power bleeder and I'm just wondering if it can be use to do the same on the clutch. Also what's the proper procedure for bleeding/flushinf the clutch? Where is the bleeder valve? Any pics should help. Thanks.

George

The bleeder valve is located on the slave cyl, which is located on the drivers side of the transmission. You can just suck the fluid out of the clutch master cyl, then bleed it from the slave cyl.

I should probably do this too.

I tried to bleed my clutch with the Motive bleeder, but there wasn't enough room to get it on the master cylinder properly. Let us know if you manage to do it. I just used the old push the pedal and open and close the bleed valve method. Not that much of a big deal for a clutch but you do need 2 people, and my wife gets a bit testy every time I make her crawl under the truck.
