Black is where its at
Finally got the suckers on! $78 in lug nuts and here I come. Don't remember how much they were at 4wheel parts but thats about what I paid at Nappa locally (for the black ones). So far so good, really digg'n the rugged look, they go well with the TJM. I'm thinking of powdercoating the back bumper as I'm going to do the tow hitch mod this weekend and would like to use my buddy's plazma cutter but don't really want to discolor my bumper. Oh well, I'll be sure to post how it goes. I also want to take the rear bumper mod to the next level and flush mount some lights back there, again. I'll keep everyone posted how that goes this weekend.

Wheelers Off Road had those for $1 per lug nut. I did the lugs with a set of locks for half of the Napa price. Not to rub salt in the wound or anything. At least you didn't pay $5 per lug nut like some guy did on the boards here.

Looks good. Black rims have a kool look, my cars used to have the black rim look, I'd put on chrome trim rings and lug nuts for the po mans mags. My stock Toy steelies came with black lugs, when I ordered my dealer option rims, they put on those black lugs... I fixed that with a set of chrome ones. Nice dog.

Thanks guys! I hope you don't mind the link to your pic Keisur (incase you didn't look at the site).
TS, I actually don't know what the backspacing is... RT? I got them from him second hand, but never mounted. They are perfectly (well mabye a hair over) my ltd flares and the frame rubbing is gone on the 285s when at full lock. About the bumper mod... I spent a half hour looking for the thread on it, but I guess I'll have to keep it a secret til this weekend muahahahahaha! Its for us unfortunate earily 3rd gens with the factory tow hitch. I'll have tons of pics, I always do... well, most of the time...
That is Nali, shes 9months of crazyness, but I love her all the more! I have only had her for two, but what a dog she is already. More on her Click Me and Click Me TOO!
edit: Yeah, I thought I was getting a discount because I went to a buddy of mine's place and he quoted me (with a discount) for 130 and I had to buy them in boxes of 10. He wasn't trying to stiff me either... wonder who his parts supplier is...

All White
I think you should be the first to paint everything WHITE! White rims, all white tires, white TJM, paint the german shepherd white too!
No, those black rims look smoking, but I'm kinda partial to them now!
For anyone else who reads this post, black lugnuts and a black gorilla lock lug set, shipped for $53.80 from
http://www.wheelersoffroad.com/toywheels.htm
You shoulda done a Austin! Just giving you a hard time!
Powder coating over chrome like on your bumper, as I've already thought about doing that myself and have checked into it, according to my expert, is no big deal, just like any other metal.

austin - the backspacing is 4.25", thats the only one they offer in the 16x8 for the 6/5.5 bolt pattern.
So is it true: Once you go black, you never go back?
