BG 44K is a highly recommended fuel system cleaner.
I've read on forums Toyota sells it for $20 a can.

I bought a 2000 Prerunner about a month and a half ago with the 2.7L. It has 85,000 miles on it. I was getting a solid 19 mpg. This was after new plugs, PCV Valve, oil change, tranny flush, etc,etc. I ran a bottle of the BG44 through my truck and now I'm getting 21 mpg every time. I ran a second bottle through just to make sure, but I'm didn't see any improvement with it. It's definitly good stuff. I'm trying the AUTO-RX engine cleaner right now. It was highly recommended so we'll see how well it works. It would be nice to see 22-23 mpg out of this truck.

 

Used it once a year in my Eclipse for 8 years and never had any problems with the fuel system. You should however change you fuel filter after you run the stuff if it hasn't been changed recently;the BG's works so well it'll free up alot of crap and can reduce the flow through your filter.
