EBay: "PartsDinosour" ITM/PCI timing kit...OEM quality or terrible?

I need to replace a lot of stuff on the 22R, just high wear items, I was on EBay, and I saw a kit for $210, which was a full gasket set, from ITM (don't know this company, are they okay?), a metal backed timing chain (single) from PCI (also don't know this one), plus an oil pump. These are all the things I want to replace, basically. Oh, I forgot, also includes piston rings and engine bearings. Basically, it's the entire list of parts I need, other than the new carb and headers/exhaust, headbolts, valve springs, cam, cam guides and seals. But umm luckily it's not AS $$$ as I thought it would be.

Okay, after more searching, I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2442670432&category=33 620 It seems to be a better quality set than the first ITM/PCI one, but I don't know for sure. Is Topline good stuff? That kit is pretty much exactly what I want. Plus, it has a cam already. I'm gonna get a street head with no cam so this will be good...
