Best place to get OEM oil filter for 4runner?

Per the general consensus of this board, I would like to start using the OEM Toyota oil filter for my 98' runner. Where is the cheapest place to get these? I assume the dealership is price prohibitive. Maybe if I ordered a bunch online I could negate the shipping cost? Where are you guys getting yours?

PS- If anyone could provide a part number, that would be great! (I used the search, but only found the part number for 99'. Maybe it's the same...)

I have had great luck with toyotaparts4u.com, although I have not purchased oil filters from them. Their number is 1-877-568-7348. When calling identify yourself as a INTERNET CUSTOMER at the beginning of your call to receive your proper 25% discount.

try www.trdparts4u.com and give them a go. Tell Chris or Barb that you're a TTORA for a pretty good discount.

I get mine locally from Champion Toyota (Jay Marks) I think it was like around 8.20 including tax for 2 filters.
I also ask for the longer filters.

I just buy it at the dealer. they only charge under $5 for it and to me, unless your planning on buying 10 at a time, that's a pretty good price.

I ususally call these guys. http://www.toyota-parts.com/
Make sure you tell them you're an internet customer. They've always given me pretty good prices. I'll order a couple of filters when I get other parts.

check your local dealer's website. They usually have coupons like these you could print out. Avg for about $3.75 per filter. Some dealers will accept other dealers coupons too.
