I'll snap a pic of the underhood diagram for you. I'm assuming you don't have that.

My stupid Vivitar has failed again. This is already a replacement camera for the first one that died as soon as it was turned on. It just makes a high pitched noise when I try to turn it on but nothing happens.

Unfortunately this was the only resource I could find and it isn't much help:

hmm..thanks Victor for the help. the reason i needed it was becuse i was taking my truck into the shop today..when smoke started to come out of the engine..and the belts were squeeling. when i got there..the belt on the right ride of the motor was toasted and i was trying to find out which pully it went around b/c i think it might be locked up....

EDIT: i described the belt wrong.

That was the perfect excuse to go get a new camera. Long live the Nikon!

So that is our engine..what does the WP stand for? i believe the belt that was toasted goes from the WP to AL to CK. and if im correct the belt was melted to the WP one. Thanks Victor. im glad you got an excuse also!

water pump. make sure your water pump or anything else on that belt didn't freeze up and make the belt slip and melt
