Not off hand, but this book may be of interest to you. I have it, and it's great!

Steve-

Does this mean you're 100% back on the road? Maybe I missed something.

100%, well....I wouldn't go that far. I can drive it on the road, however not very fast. I'm trailering the rig down to ABQ on Friday to have a Discount Tire balance the tires on a Hunter GSP9700. Aside from the tires......

The rear u-joint needs to be changed out
The rear pan-hard drop down bracket needs some beefing up
The 4 Wheel drive works, but I need to tweak the driver side
half-shaft for a better fit with the proper snag ring.
I just purchased an All-Pro rear diff guard, that needs to be
welded on.
I need new rear shocks, and to move them up higher. The last
set of shocks were crushed on the rocks.
The parking brake needs to be re-positioned.
The alignment I paid for, needs some tweaking.
The rear axle links, need some tweaking.
I have to re-spool the winch cable, took it off to weigh it, 18lbs.
Tweak the position of the exhaust for a better fit, so it doesn't
vibrate on the bumper or frame.
Replace a wheel seal on the rear axle.

Hmmm, I'm sure I've left something out. The list seems never ending. Aside from all that, the vehicle does drive, and the 4wheel drive does work. With the SW4WDA Summer Quarterly coming up in a couple of weeks, I need to get busy and make this all happen soon. Hopefully this weekend I can do some work.
