Which ARB locker do I have?

Which ARB locker do I have?
Ok..Long story short. The seal housing in my rear ARB Locker is bad. We ordered parts from ARB for an RD23. The part came in, and it was different. I went to another shop to get the parts for a 23 and it was different as well. There's another batch of parts coming from ARB tomorrow...I hope.
On to my question. Is it possible that I could actually have the RD89 in my rear diff? Would it fit? Is it much different from the RD23?
Here's a pic of MY bad seal housing. Does anybody recognize this part?
