Anyone ordered from these guys???

Hey I was flipping through a recent issue of Off Road magazine (august) and came across an ad for "Four Real Steel" bumpers, rails, and rear bumpers. They look really stout and have prerunner styling. Here's a tacoma:

The website is www.daystarweb.com and they have more toyota stuff in their catalog Just curious and thought I'd pass that on in case someone was looking for any of that.

I haven't ordered from them, but I know they (Daystar/FourReal) just recently sponsored our TTORA AZROCKS 2003 event and were very generous and supportive - they came out for our camp festivities and raffle and provided some good stuff.

I think Steve was saying that Maniac Metal Works is now doing the FourReal fab stuff.

I believe Phong was talking to them about building him a rear bumper/tire carrier a few months ago. I don't think he has bought one yet (update your page phong! ) but he may be able to give some insight on his dealings with them.

that is what i was referring to, in their catalog layout they have a part # for a rear bumper but they don't have one on their web site and it says the part # doesn't exist.

In the magazine it said that the 4Runners, Tacomas, Tundras, and Sequioa products were new. So maybe they updated their catalog but haven't updated their other site. I hope if they do have a rear bumper, that its priced more reasonably than the front. $866? Aren't the TJM's and ARB's closer to $600? And they have winch capabilities and are proven to be really strong.
