Anyone Heard from the URD Guys?

I placed an order with URD last thursday and have not heard back from them as of today. My credit card has been charged and my order status on thier web site says "received" but not shipped. I have sent emails to them but no response. I wouldn't usually not worry but my truck is in the dyno shop right now awaiting the pulley I ordered from them. I even paid extra for express shipping but now i minus well not have. If anybody knows anything would you let me know? If they are out of town or something I will go ahead and tune my truck using the stock pulley. Thanks!!

Did you try calling? Maybe they're having EM problems.

I don't have a phone number for them and thier number is not listed on thier site. I used to have thier number from when I ordered the Fuel upgrade kit, but have since lost it. If anyone has thier number and feel ok about sharing it, let me know or send a PM. Thanks!

I know that Brian is out of the office, in fact as of this weekend, he was stuck about 200 miles south east of us with transfer case issues.

Each time I've ordered from them, I never really get a confirmation past the automatic one - stuff just shows up in the mail.

Thanks Mark. I saw that info but it is just a fax number. Hopefully gadget got the order and can ship it out to me. I hope Brian makes it back ok!!

It was quite an ordeal for Brian, kinda funny he was in your area on Friday when his t-case blew up. Had to use a junky U-haul to get it down to Marlins shop, unfortunately he had to wait til yeaterday to get it fixed and didn't get back til late last night.

I have purchased a good $1500 worth of stuff from them, they are good guys Im sure they would refund you the extra you paid to expadite your order/shippping.
