AeroTurbine muffler installed

So I had seen some videos of the muffler on YouTube on the newer 4.0l motors but none on our 3.4. So after reading nothing but good reviews on all types of vehicles I just bit the bullet and ordered one. I ordered mine from Black Cloud Diesel In WI. I ordered the 2.5 in/out to replace my magnaflow that my cat totally destroyed the packing in. At idle it is nice and quiet and the tone is nice and deep starting at 1500rpm all the way up. It was just installed today so I don't have a video yet. I am taking a trip Thursday and this weekend I will post some videos so that others may know about how good this muffler sounds.
Stay tuned.

I am planning on posting as many as I can take. I just hope my phone can capture the tones correctly. I know I has a good camera but I haven't tested the sound quality yet. The cool thing is that the first videos will be higher altitude (southern Oregon) and then the rest will be low elevation (Bay area Cali) so others can get a better idea of how it will sound at different elevations.

Not a fan of it. And was that a $185 muffler @ BCD. Appears so on their website, they are only $125 on amazon. Might sound better in a dual application. I'll stick to my $30 thrush turbo.

I paid $160 shipped overnight. I like it a lot better than my magnaflow. Plus it will not break down over time since there's is no packing to deteriorate.

Yes everyone's sound taste is different. I went with the 18" magnaflow (the quieter version) at first because it was what everyone "liked" but I thought it was ok but I wanted it to be louder than what it was. To me the Aero Turbine on my truck sounds like what a tuned import truck sshould sound like. Granted mine is not tuned yet. But it is significantly louder and makes me happy when I hear it. I will get more videos up when I can get a friend to film it. Some drive bys with mild and hard acceleration and some in cab acceleration as well.
