I'm about to start the install of the s/c and urd kit and since I bought the ftc and injectors used, I don't have the install guides for either. Does anyone have the install guide for the injectors and ftc for a 2001 tacoma 3.4 manual???

I did send an email to brian already wednesday night. I know they are way busy and I'm trying to start my install in the morning, so I thought I would post on here as well. I already had the two files I need but my computer they were on, broke and won't even turn on.

Bump for me! I'm starting the install in an hour, if anybody has anything about the injectors and ftc, it would be great!

 

The last post was by me (digger33), I'm using travis's brother's computer and I can't get him logged out.

 

Logging out of this forum software is interesting. Hit the Log Out link on the front page, then close ALL browser windows. Open 'em up again and you should be clear to log in.

Good luck on the install... The injectors are straight forward, once you get the top of the engine off, you'll see how to get the fuel rail off and th3e new injectors will plug right in. Did you get a fuel pump as well?

I wish I could help with the FTC - I've done a couple of the SMTs, but the wiring will be different and I'm not familiar enough with the SplitSecond software to help you set it up.

All I can say there is... good luck!

If you CAN'T get the FTC installed, then know that you will run VERY rich with the larger injectors (370's?). In fact, it may not start at all. I would almost suggest that you NOT install the injectors until you can find the instructions for the FTC.

Ya i tried the log out thing but it still didn't work, so I'm still on travis's name. I think it's set to always log that name on, on this computer. Anyways, I have the 318 injectors that come with the urd kit. I'm going to begin with the thermostat and fuel pump today and hopefully I can get the files later on today or tonight and do the charger, injectors and ftc either later on or tomorrow.
