Accident aftermath - advice please

The short version - hit some ice on a highway bridge, 180 through the median and hit guard rail on far side. Damage - back bumper, small dent in passenger quarter panel (behind bumper), plastic under front bumper and one tire ruined. Total ~$1500. Here are my questions:

*estimate specifies replacing one tire, the survivors have 35-40k miles. Is this acceptable?

*What should I look for to make sure the repairs are done correctly?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure they only replace parts with genuine Toyota parts. As for the tires you can possibly hit them up for two tires since they will have to replace at least two with that many miles on them. Good luck

yes, DO NOT EVER accept non-OEM parts.

my sister got rearended by some guy and his insurance tried to give her aftermarket parts for her CRV. jerks.
