About these pulley's?

About these pulley's?
I've seen several people mention different pulley's for the TRD SC'r and I've got a bunch of questions...
It seems there is the original 6psi pulley and a 9psi pulley... are there others? Maybe a 7 or 8psi?
Where do you get them? Price?
Is this a single pulley change, or do two pulleys need to be swapped?
Will they work with the new spring loaded belt tensioner?
Most importantly, what are the additional requierments (mods) that must be used with the different pulley's? Larger Injectors?
Lastly, what are the pro's and con's? Mileage, EGT problems? Etc..
I know this is sort of a mess of questions... thanks for any info you've got.

As far as I know, there are only two companies that make aftermarket pulleys for the superchargers: Maxx Auto Works and E.L. Prototypes.
I purchased mine from MAW because it was cheaper.
When I installed it, I reset the ECU and drove around for a while before mashing the throttle. There was a noticeable improvement off the line and in the mid-range, but I felt I had lost some top-end. Pinging increased noticeably. The supercharger was also louder. I lost .4-1.2 MPG with the smaller pulley.
I reduced pinging with the TRD 160* thermostat, but lost another .9-1.6 mpg.
I swapped back to the original pulley a few months ago. I like the quieter sound of the supercharger. Also, the supercharger doesn't sound like it's laboring to get up a hill anymore.
I think I'll stick with the stock pulley for now. If you're interested in a 9lb pulley, I might entertain an offer to sell
Side note:
I live at 5,300 feet, so your results might be different since you're at a lower elevation. I drove my 4Runner to St. Louis and noticed a significant gain in power with just the s/c and stock pulley. At the time, I had not yet installed the headers or 305cc injectors. I was able to *accidentally* leave evidence of my visit on the pavement in front of a Burger King in KC. I couldn't do that here in Denver until I installed the headers, injectors and a few other things.

Only one pulley is used one the TRD supercharger. All of your other questions are answered at www.gadgetonline.com .

Thanks for the info HaveBlue... I might come asking you about your spare sometime, I'm going to see how it goes with the stocker first.
FattyCBR, I'm talking about the drive pully on the SC'r itself, not the idler pulley. I've been all over Gadget's site, repeatedly, and I've never seen where he talks about drive pulley mods/changes.

He doesn't recommend the smaller pulleys at all, becuase of the heat buildup. The M-62 supercharger is supposably a small supercharger for our engines, and without the ability to have an intercooler, he doesn't recommend it at all.
