99 Runner V6 AC compressor & fan losing power

99 Runner V6 4wd

this started a week ago and seems to only happen when the AC and fan are on High.
The fan and green light on the AC button lose power for a second then come back on.
AC works fine, blowing cool as usual and no smells other issues.
It has happened 3-4 times and only for a second.
Turns off......turns back on by itself .
The truck itself is still running fine while the fan/AC is powerless.

any thoughts? Fan relay?
thx! kenny S

Check replace the heater relay, heater fuses, a/c fuse, a/c clutch relay. This is the order of power flow.

thanks for the reply. I've kept the fan off high and it has not happened again but where are the heater and AC relay located?
thx!
