99' Clutch Pedal Recall???

Does anyone have any advice for me reguarding an inconsistant catching/ clicking/ spring-like sound I am getting from my 5 spds clutch pedal? Was there a recall on this????

This should do it, It is a great fix. I did it last week, it took about 10 minutes. You don't actually have to pull the lower dash panel off even.
