94 Toyota 4x4 Dx questions

Hello everyone, I have a 94 4x4 Pickup with a 22Re, 5 speed, It has tilt wheel. My questions are. 1. I have no brake lights, All other lights work. I replaced the brake light switch after checking fuses. That didnt work. I checked all rear bulbs, They are good. Is the turn signal switch part of the circiut on toyota's? 2. Anyone know of a good, less expensive aftermarket exhaust manifold. Mine sound's like it has a leak/crack more then likely and i do believe it is throwing the O2 senson for a loop. I get 3 codes that have to do with the O2 sensor. code 21, 25, 27. Any help would be appreciated.
