The grille arrived today. I'm bummed there are some minor scratches on the chrome...I'll try and buff it out, if it's not gonna come out, I'll buy the paint and shoot the shell. I had some time so I cut the grille out. I left the lower corners in as they hold two tabs. It will help to keep the new grille about 1" recessed from the edge. The sides when cut leave a hole and a deep dip. I used my 'instant Bondo' which is super glue with the spray accelerator. It fills fast and I sanded it smooth...I'll probably shoot a black krinkle paint on the inside edge to hide any minor flaws. Use the scroll right button to see a few more pics...

you really think? haha. The black would be the 202 or whatever the paintcode is for my runner because I'll be having my buddy do the rear bumper and grill pretty soon, hopefully by christmas. yeah, he'll clearcoat them too. I've seen some Cobra's and engine blocks he's done. man! looked pretty dang good. but your in cali, haha.
