We have a 93' Ext. cab. truck with a 5 spd tranny. Vehicle has approx 258,000 miles. Clutch was last replaced 20,000 mile back but has started a "chatter" when depressed - occasionally only! It will, however, cause the truck to stall when depressed at slower speeds.

Been driving YOYO's for years, all with 5 spd. tranny, but never had this happen with chatter and stalling. We usually get AT LEAST 120,000 miles out of a clutch. Anyone got any suggestions?

Sounds like it could be a throw out bearing. You might be able to inspect it by removing the boot on the transmission and shining a flashlight in there, but I am not sure if you could get a good look without removing the transmission.
