9.5/11 psi blower pully
Ok I want to be supercharged but how dose the TRD blower handel the 9.5/11 psi pully. Also what size fuel injector would go with either pully. If these won't work then what about the Procharger unit like the one from F2uning did , but I will go with 10/11 psi not 15PSI So, which would fair better for a daily driven Tundra @11 psi.

the 9.5 psi and 11psi pulley would not work properly with regular trd S/C as it will produce more heat and that means expanded air which = no rela HP gain at all....unless you find a way to intercool it which is not possible except watercooling then thats a different story.
If i had to do this all over again....i would have gone with the pro charger as it looks awsome! alot harder to install but more power and an intercooler...

The TRD blower would not handle 9-11 psi very well at all. It generates too much heat and the TRD system just isn't setup to shed that heat. I had a 9 psi pulley on my blower for a while. The only positive thing I noticed was a slightly snappier throttle response. On the negative side, my engine temps went up, the supercharger was a lot louder, and I burned more fuel. That was the kicker - I was burning more fuel without any noticeable gain in power.
Without modifying the heads, pistons or rods, you can push a maximum 8 psi. Anymore than that and you significantly decrease the life of your engine. To push 8 psi consistently, you'll need 330cc injectors. To push 10-15 psi, you'll need a different compressor, 400+ cc injectors, larger fuel pump, upgraded head gasket, upgraded pistons & rods, upgraded transmission, someway to cool the intake air (intercooler), and a handful of piggy back computers.

So the 9.5 psi pully on the TRD blower is not really a good option and I would not gain any significant hp gains. Ok so the ProCharger w/ intercooler is the best option.
Now all I need is the mounting/pully assembly which has to be custom made

You will need a custo machined mounting plate and some custom duct work...you could even use PVC..

Hey 03TundraTRD-
Why dont you wait till Gadget gets his set-up going? If anyone can get rid of the ping problem and produce good solid HP, it's him.
I know if I was going to get charged, I would wait till that kit came out.
How does 250HP to the wheels sound?

250hp sounds real good and I am going to wait till gadget gets the kit together and see what kind of gains it can produce.
Also I plan on saving at least 5gs befor I even buy the TRD or ATI blower,so when the time comes I can get everything at one shot. I am just trying to see what you guys have to say about both kits in terms of reliablity and performance. Hell if anything I just might go with the TRD blower since I still have 4 more years of warrenty left.

well the most powerful trd 3.4 is in a 95.5 taco...at i think it was 274rwhp....i love it that its a first gen like mine and it produces more power and less irritations then the newer gens...it hink toyota said they didnt want to make it avalible for us because they didnt want ot have to add another diagram to the vacum diagrams directions...i just redid them myself...bah im hoping to get 270 and i think im fiarly close just need to tune the ingition and a bit more fuel and i thnk i cna hit around there....by the wy this is with stock internals, stock pulley, stock manifolds, stock intake (besides s/c) and a trd cat back....impressive =] Unichip also
