Complete newbie here.Although I did a bunch of research here on my 4x4 issue.My damn 4x4 wont engage ,stupid light on the dash is on ,front drive shaft is spinning but wheels are not.This doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Transfer case actuator ?Any help would be awesome.

2001 Tacoma .I thought the actuators where engaged via non vacuum,or not?
