www.performanceproducts.com and look for bushwacker fenderflasres and if not there go to the dealer.

Those things around the wheels are called "fender flares" and those other things are "running boards end caps".
As far as place to purchase those, you can try to talk to Jeff at http://www.toyotaparts4u.com and send him an exact picture you just posted above. He'll tell you the exact part numbers and how much those will cost.
From my experience, you'll be looking at around $70 for running boards end caps and $600-700 for fender flares.
