4 runner engine swap?

4 runner engine swap?
hey guys, i have a 1995 runner with that 3.0 motor in it. I was told that the newer 3.4 motor fits right in. you just need the 3.4 computer. is that true? does anyone have any links for anything along these lines. thanks.
