3 D MAG-lite mini-mod

I can't remember if it was Cebby or Corey who gave me the idea, but I mounted my 3 D MAG-lite to my all weather mat.

I also bought a THULE roof rack/basket today but it will take a week or so to get it here.

So thanks for the idea and here are the obligatory pics:

And in case the MAG-Lite needs company:

Semper Fi Woodbert! Never made it to Oki when I was in but I bet that 03 really hauls the clubs in style! Hey what's that thing keeping the mag lite company? Kinda looks like a riding crop. I didn't think you'd need to whip that thing down the home stretch.

Semper Fi to you shamrockmac5! That thing with the Mag-lite is a little something I picked up from an MP a few years ago. Kinda flexible with about two punds of lead on the end with a wrist loop. Just in case the MAG-lite doesn't get their attention.

Lately, I been hauling nothing but a JetSki around. Tis the season. It's to hot to play golf.

To bad you never made it here Marine. It's a great place with beautiful beachs, great weather and friendly people.

Someday, I'll have to leave Shangrila

Take care, and HOOORAAAH!

You know, I knew someone was going to say something about that.

They are Hawaiian style and were the only "deep dish" type I could find locally. The drivers mat is the only one with the Hibiscus flower.

Hawaiian style mats, in Japan? Something is fishy here.

No, just kidding. The install looks great. Is the mat sagging at all due to the extra weight of the flash light? Can you pull the light out without the whole mat comming with it?

hehe, ah Woody just misses Hawaii. Those look good, I made some clear mats from the Home Depot carpet runner stuff, but those are thick. Sweet.

I'm actually in Okinawa which is the southern most island in Japan. It's considered the Hawaii of Japan and lots of island action here. Real close ties to Hawaii here.

Yea, the mat holds it well. It doesn't sag because the lip is slightly angled. It does require two hands to remove it because the mounting bracket is pretty secure.

Brian- Thanks Brah!

I do actually miss Hawaii, but as a haole, my job prospects are thin there.
