How much different is it from factory B/S? If it is a lot, than I would think again. If not, or others have done it with similar size tires/suspension setup, should be okay.

Should be perfect, I have the same backspacing on my rims... Good clearance for 33's.

15x8x3.75 here w/ 37/12.50/15 MTRs on them...3.75 is what you want.
