The aroma of Tacoma! Nice place to vacation? How much are these things going to cost?

Ummm... You need to track back through the CustomTacos thread and get an idea of how long Gregg's truck was tied up... Including the return trips for tweaks.

Dunno what kind of vacation time you can get off of school/work, but Gregg was without his truck for a LOOOONNNNGGGG time, 3+ months if I remember right. The whole project front-to-back was like 9 months.

SF gave his hotmail address in the other thread, that's your best source of info. He never checks in here, and only occasionally over there.

I wouldn't mind the time since I have about a 6 month free period coming up after this semester due to certain circumstances. I'd rather get it done locally if I could though since housing would be questionable for that long of a period.

Well - still tweaking so we are almost at a year now! Actually, it is mechanically very sound, it is all the damn electronics I am messing with constantly. I ordered and should be getting in next week a MAP-ECU2 to take care of timing, adjust the primary 02 to be able to throw in fuel in closed loop, and control my auxillary injectors. It also allows to get rid of the stock MAF and use it's internal MAP sensor (and external if you want), But I am going to wait awhile untill I open up that can of worms. Should clean up my wiring and hopefuly take care of the issues I have been having..

Did this project ever finish. If so, any numbers to show gains vs sc?
