So last week I stumbled onto http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/q.html. Its the holy grail of part numbers for toyota's. Its searchable by VIN or Model Drill down. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for the OEM specific part numbers in the future.

 

Got a part number for the Under Engine Guard bolts? Took my 02 into the dealership a year ago and it came out without them...the dealerships insists that they were already off when I brought it in. Long story short I can't find a replacement part number. right now it's zip tied up...
