3.4L heating issues

My 2000 4runner is having heating issues, this morning I went to get into my truck after letting it warm up for about 15 minutes. It was blowing cold air but as soon as I started moving it would get warmer, I know my radiator has a small leak, and my thermostat and water pump were changed about 25K ago. Coolant was low this afternoon so I added some to it to fill it up, and its still blowing cold at idle I plan on changing my radiator Saturday, and anything else that I should look at while the radiator is out?

Anyone have any ideas about what it could be?

Haven't checked that, no carpet inside so no extra fluids besides melted snow.

Maybe it's just clogged a little. You could try taking the inlet nd outlet hooses off from the firewall and shoot a garden hose in there (both ways). That could clear out a blockage without having to spend a weekend taking the dash apart and putting it all back together.
