I am not sure on the spec but I know after changing the oil (and oil filter) that if I only put in 5 qts I'd be down at least 1/2 qt or more.

I got the truck from a wholesailer, it was advertized in the trader for well below the average price, the truck had been in a front ender and was repaired, it also had a few little problems(rear window not working,power ant,rear latch,etc) Long story short I traded my 94 extracab plus a 1000. As to why the dipstick is not correct, from what I can tell these guys were a bunch of butchers and just throw things together.The way I see it ill will definatly get more for this truck than I will the other.
