those would be like www.outdoorwire.com the only other major one I can think of is www.pirate4x4.com, there is a bunch of straggler boards out there set-up but they ain't as good as these top three Corey's board, the ODW board, and the pirate board.

I'm curious to know if they make one that'll fit onto my K&N FIPK intake. It's not a normal flat/round filter, it's more of a cone with a flat end I'll try and draw a crude picture of it ( :monkey: )

That's roughly what it looks like.
Now if they made one that fit onto it, I would definitely buy it if Amsoil is as good as all of you say it is

*EDIT* Found a better picture of it, it's in the top right of the picture, but it's size is more like the one in the bottom left.

My old air filter was sent to Amsoil on 9/30 for them to copy. Now we wait!

Mike (XtremeOff-Road) has contacted Amsoil and I assume they will let him know something once they evaluate the sample filter. All my contact info was in the box as well. As soon as someone hears something I'm sure it will be posted here.

Waiting Patiently!
Sam

ALright, well are you all ready, they investigated the filter and the verdict is....They can do nothing

He did however ask if anyone has an 2nd gen airbox laying around, he said they may be able to build a custom filter, however, would need to box.

I was really hoping for something positive guys...I tried. Let me know if you think of anything or have an airbox for them.

Regards,

Mike

I know this thread is old, but what happened? Did no one ever find an air box, you could probably get one from a junkyard for next to nothing, I'd do it if I had money or a job. I am curious as to how a circle is so complicated. Oh yeah *MEGABUMP!!*

All right, I am wondering. What is the difference between the 1st gen and the 2nd gen 3.0's Are they the same, if not, what are the differences.

Thanks

Can't let this one die....must have 2nd gen amsoil. Been goin roud to all junk yards within a 50 mile radius and no one has airboxes to spare. Seems that they like to sell their engines completely intact.

anyone know anyone who makes masks and molds and whatnot..., might be able to make a mold of one...
