Yep, that is the same one I have in my 2nd gen.

Made for a right hand drive rig, so the base must be modified to fit a US vehicle.

I have one too but since mine didn't come with the base to mount it on the dash I mounted it in front of my console.

One advantage of this location is that it is a snap to splice into the wiring for the dash lights - there is the light in the ashtray and the wiring to the light around the cigarette lighter directly behind my mounting point.

I am looking at putting an inclinometer in the same location....do you have any other pics, side view?? Since its been there a while, how well does it work there?

Its worked quite well. It isn't directly in the line of sight which may be an advantage since I don't like the idea of people being distracted by things like inclinometers when they are on a technical section of a trail. It is good for reference but mostly for my passengers. Biggest reason I like it is the altimeter which is amazingly accurate. I live at 3500+ feet. When I set it at my altitude and then drove to sea level it bottomed out to 0 right as I reached the water's edge. Now if only the factory CD player had worked that well!
