2002 4Runner chrome package?

For 2002 Toyota had a very rare chrome package for the 4Runner. It included chrome mirrors, chrome door handles an chrome taillight trim.

Anyone have this or know the official part numbers? I've checked everywhere and noone knows.

Jason,
I have this package on my 4Runner, but I don't know the part numbers. Let me know if you need pics and I'll see if I can take some.

I actually have some pics, but Toyota says this doesn't exist and they never had these. I called 3 dealers... Must be very rare, but I know Toyota makes them... Hmm....

when i had my truck rear ended they had to get this from a canadian dealership the rear "garnish sub-assy" lic plate holder part number #76801-35220 hope that helps some.......and they couldn't find the chrome bezel that go over the rear tail lights so they just replaced with regular tail lights

Thanks. Yea, the license plate is readily availlable here it seems. It's just that tail chrome, etc, seems to not exist, but it does....

Yep, I can get it, but it's $$$, close to $200.

That's a nice bit of info right there.

Noticed it also said an option for the '02 was "color-keyed heated outside power mirrors". Not that I care either way if I had heated mirrors, but I've never seen an '02 w/them...or any 3rd gen for that fact. Is that a rare option to have or do more people have it than I'm aware of?

Heated color-keyed mirrors became standard on SR5 & Limited models beginning in 2000 (quite possibly in 1999). My 2000 SR5 has them, they turn on with the rear window defog button.

I have heated mirrors on mine. I personally think the chrome package looks quite tacky and leaves any ruggedness far behind;definetly a street queen look.

Oh okay. Guess I never really thought about 3rd Gens having that. Thanks for the info.

Did anyone find a price and/or availablity on the chrome taillight trim? I was thinking about it today after I saw a 4Runner on the freeway today with them. I was thinking about powdercoating them black...
