I got a 2000 X-tra cab Tacoma and was thinking about upgrading the rims to the nascar style black rims.

Not sure what it will look like. Anyone got any pics of a 98-00 model with these rims.

I am going to get another set of 32x11.50 with them.

Ameriacan Racer Steelies..Look at the Renegades also..I think if you have a white truck the black rims look great on them..I have a tan tacoma and I am goning to out black wheels on it..It too will llok good with black rims..Red would be another color black rims would look good with...

Not sure what rims you are talking about exactly, but there is a dark green Tacoma around town that has black wheels and it looks good.

I think he just means the cheaper American Racing wheels.

 

I had the Discount "NASCAR" black steelies at one point. They hurt my performance (weight) and couldn't be balanced properly. They also had "pride" stripes (red and blue) on the outer rim. I returned them for a refund and ended up buying my stock wheels back from the same guy I sold them to and just painted them black. How much did those set you back? I guess the ones I want are stellies. I won't them solid black.
