2 Things to Ask about

Hey Ya'll-
Two things-
My heater isn't very hot. It gets warm at best. Any thoughts? 2nd thing is I need a good online junkyard or parts store. I shut the door a little too hard the other night and broke the clip that keeps the back window shut. Any ideas??
Thanks
The snow has been coming down in Utah!!!

Yep, although it could be a buggered (technical term there) heater control cable that adjusts the heater core coolant flow valve, the valve itself, or (hope not) a partially clogged heater core.

Start with a new thermostat and do a coolant flush while you have it apart. If that doesn't fix it then you can at least narrow it down.

When was the last time the coolant was changed?

Make sure you price around local before going to them, they are a bit pricey.

As for the heatercore, I would try everything someone mentions before changing the heater core. Its not that difficult just a PITA. I would bet its either clogged or something on the way there is clogged, because if it was leaking you would have mentioned something about your floorboards being wet all the time.
