1996 4runner 3.4 low idle and stall problem

My 4runner is having a problem where it is idling around 350-450 rpm and occasionally stalls just started today it's not throwing any codes any ideas

well just where do you live ?

Is it perhaps colder then normal??

Do you keep up on maintenance or just put in gas

It was a colder day and was the day after negative temperatures and I keep up with the maintenance I have two suspects as of right now 1 I could have water in the fuel or it's the air idle control valve
