1990 Toyota V6 problem

1990 Toyota V6 problem
If any body can help:
it starts runs. but when run for a while. then stop at a stop light or sign. it will idle then cut off, no spudering, nothing . just like you would turn off your car that is whats happaning.
i cant seem to figure it out. havent ran any diagnostic codes on it yet. going to do so soon.
