Come to find out, the pully that I took off was a underdog 2.1 pully. It turned out not to be a 2.2 like I was told it was when I bought the thing.

Theoretically, every 1000' of elevation, you can drop octane by 1 point. Due to the lower level of oxygen at higher elevations, the higher octane is lost, just like 93 octane in a 87 engine, doesn't help at all.

However, I can definitely see a problem if you are trying to force the same amount of oxygen that would normally be had at sea level, into an engine that needs 93 octane. I always though this would cause a problem on FI systems.

When I was in Colorado, I was checking on this because my vehicle at the time was 93 only, and I was concerned about the lack of 93 octane. Since I was 5000' up, I figured I could run 91 with no problems, but I was NA at the time.

I'm glad to see you're doing better though, definitely don't want anything disintegrating.

Ya that is what I am thinking. So is there anything else I should look at doing or is it going to be fine now that it is stock?

Looks like we all kinda' left you hangin'... whoops.

Umm, you should REALLY get some fuel mods on that engine. 7th injector, larger stock injectors, something... Do you have a budget for doing work on it?
