02 4Runner cold start issue
02 4Runner with the 3.4 very long crank to start when it hasn’t ran for awhile. Runs good after it starts. Vehicle has 200k miles and sat for a couple years before I recently purchased it

That's normal. The fuel pump has an anti-flowback valve that can very easily fail, or leak down faster than when new. The FSM only specifies that the fuel system hold pressure for 5 min after the engine is shut off, anyway. It sounds like yours is acting normally, and bleeding down as expected. Just takes a few extra seconds to pressurize the system properly when you go to first start it after sitting for a while.
If it really bothers you, you can replace the fuel pump, which should solve the problem. Remember to only use OEM parts!
Does that help?
