^^^^www.lextreme.com you will find your answers here.. read threw his thread the only thing he doesn't list is the price he paid for stuff..
your bell housing is going to run you around 8-9 hundred from down under.
he used a 3.0 clutch and flywheel..
and i don't remember about the shafts..

So I've been told..
GM callipers with e-brakes can't be actuated by the hand lever in Toyota trucks properly, though the GM disc/calliper disc conversions are the most popular.
The Supra calliper setup with the full floater rear is a great option that I was that close to doing except FROR told me that they were unable to find Supra callipers to supply with their chunk kit.
I'm just going to replace all the stock components with stock now.

Thanks Guys!!
Here is a bit of an update and some pics, i am hoping to have my videos uploaded soon, just waiting for a friend to send them to me.
I have sorted out my stutter issue, adjusted the TPS and its all good.
So becasue it is illegal to not have a front licence plate here in Ontario i have to make something up.. took about 30 min.
cut out a piece of aluminum

took some aluminum square tubing

chopped it

drilled a hole for the pin

welded the tube to the plate..i am still fine tuning the TIG welder i just got so its not exactly pretty.

bolted my plate on

Done!

THEN WENT WHEELING!!!

More to come!!
