aww thats such an good story. I dont think yota brought me luck like that but things have been pretty good so im happy =]. This little kitten is said to have been born last fall, so he is gonna have the same birthday as me(november 2nd). We just recently had to have him fixed because he was a little aggressive towards our other cat.

oh, and my truck is slowly being worked on hah. I painted under the cab with the rust primer and all i have left to do is the passenger side a-arms and a little bit of the frame. I am going to send the motor to a local shop soon. All im going to do is have them tank it and check the block for cracks and whatnot. new bearings and seals too. Probably going to have new rings installed. anyone know how much that will cost?

Another update, i have the whole chassis painted now. Im just waiting to spray it with black.
I found a local motor guy, and i brought him the 22re block and head. He just took it apart today and said i need a new rod bearing, but looks pretty good. He says he will build the whole motor up, and it will cost me $1600. Is this a good deal? It will have all new bearings, gaskets, timing chain, and will also be warranted.

My truck is finally in the garage, ready for the chassis to be painted satin black. After the chassis is painted, im gonna work on the brakes and shocks.
Heres a few pictures of where i am:

Here is a corner of the bed that we need to do some body work to. Its on a rolling cart which makes it easy to work on:

And here is the whole picture(with yota posing lol):

I have not been able to work on the truck much because other projects have come up and i have been working a lot. It will get done this year!! hah
here are some pictures of what i did yesterday.

my dad and i set up a little spray booth in the garage, i think it came out well.
There is just some touch up that needs to be done, and then i can put the wheels back on, and then drop the motor in =]
