Hey Not sure if you'll have any time but Mark and i are going to Big Bear for John Bull and Gold Mountain next thursday 8/14/14. If you have time to come it would be awesome to meet you and have you join us on the trip. I know you come from up north so we would probably have to meet actually in big bear. Let us know if youre interested in joining us dude. as of right now we have 4 rigs that i know of. Not sure if Mark has gotten more yet. still 4 should still make for a fun day.
Yea. I seen a lot of swing out builds and I tired I make my more useful other than holding a spare tire. I still need to add my led lights to the swing out for better camp ground lighting

So, I image search "1st gen 4runner" and your rig shows up in my feed. After a year of randomly image searching 1st gens I still think yours is the best looking 4runner to ever appear in my feed. Hell I even use it as an occasional screen saver!

So I havent been on here in a while. I quit toyota as a tech and moved on to a better job at Solar City. Pay is better and I love it. I been busy with work and building my tundra that I havent had time to really do much to the runner. I do have pictures for a few trips I done in the runner. without further to say. to the pictures!!

11.16.14 - NO snow run (normal have snow by now)

12.14.14 SNOW RUN (fresh powder and my friend broke trail till he broke a front leaf and we had to turn back)

Didnt want to waste any chance to play in the snow
Another SNOW RUN 12-21-14

ABOVE THE CLOUDS

Had to break in the NEW YEARS with a snow/ice run 1-1-15

Finally, I have spent alot of time working on my tundra and plan on going to MOAB in MAY for 4-5 day round trip
New Job has been paying well and I got Billy from Brute Force Fab who did my dual swing out on my Runner to Hook up my Tundra

I been MIA for a while. havent done anything to the runner at all this year. I think i drove it twice, once to the trails and once to the new place. I got a new job late last year and been working too much. I also moved and bought a house so been busy with house stuff as well.

Been thinking of what I want to do to the runner. been thinking of doing a bracket lift with my current Long travel but I really like how low it sits. Mainly want a little more height for clearance and maybe move up to a 34 inch tire. gonna look at body lift ideas 1st and try to some what flat belly it. raise my engine and trans with the body lift. we will see i suppose

I been using and building my tundra so much that I only have so much $$ and time for each.

recent trip to Pismo

That time of year coming around again! Big Bear offroad trips will be coming soon! i'll keep you updated man. Already getting invites on instagram for calico ghost town. I dont know if i'll be able to make it because my first paycheck will most likely come after the trip. but i would love to go to a ghost town trail.
