Great photos!

What offset are your rims? I'm pretty set on getting that Blazeland kit. I'm going to finish my current rig as IFS and do a proper long term build. However, I want to enjoy my truck as it is now the best I can. Besides I'll have two rigs when the SAS one is done so I can sell the IFS one. I'll make sure it's dent free and new paint so it should sell really well.

My wheels are pushed out a lot now so I am pretty sure I will get new rims. No fender flares will cover the tires otherwise and my move from the arctic back to British Columbia I have to get it vehicle inspected.

I'm even thinking of doing a 3.4 swap for practice.

Awesome pix. Its funny in that picture of the duece I was like it don't look too big lol then I seen the red 4Runner on the same hill in the picrure that came after and I was like wow! Nvm that is a huge rock haha.

Mark. I'm pretry sure I gave ypu my old pitman arm. I kept the nut though. They didn't include it in the kit. So I re used mine.

The deuce is pretty loud but on the trail and with it following me. It's just sweet hearing the turbo spool.

Not sure what my backspacing is. I think like 2.5 or 3 inch backspacing. Don't know how to convert that to offset. When off camber I love to have a wider stance. Plus it gives my wheels more leverage IMO so on high speed bumping roads. The stiff t bars are not so stiff lol

I was surprised the deuce didn't have factory air lockers. It would have gone anywhere if it did. He normally runs his tires well over 100 psi. For the rocks he was down to like 35 psi and sidewalls still don't flex much haha

Mine is pretty wide already with my wheel offset. I think I'll have to pull them back in a bit with new rims otherwise I'll never find fenders big enough to avoid tickets.

It was already pulled over and had to be inspected by the previous owner. He had to screw lawn edgers as a cheap fix.

Which ones have you been looking at?

There is a Canadian company in BC making them for $190 per side for high clearance fenders.

I'm going to get them. My metal ones have speed holes.

Heck yea. The arb kit is nice. I already have a recovery kit but wanted something nicer and the bag keeps it all together

I don't need high clearance since I only compress about 1/2 before hitting stock fenders. Glassworks makes wider fenders with stock style opening. I think they are called Ivan style. Mostly for prerunners but I love the look of them

I want to get rid of my body lift so the high clearance will be helpful. Not a lot of room with 35"s and I get a little rubbing.

forgot that your running 35s. im pretty sure the guy that makes the fiberglass fenders and what not could make you a wider and high clearance fender

You know, I should just send him an email.

I'll know soon if we are moving to a certain area soon I hope. I can place an order as soon as I know we will be stable.

unloaded my wood and the rear hitch cargo box you see in the background. hooked up my tow strap to go get a friend that followed me in and got stuck. he ended up getting out so i got ready for nothing lol

i so want a RZR900LE

lucky bastards had two matching RZR

at the event out on the dunes, tons of people and hard to find anyone in the crowd lol

my quad, tundra and our camp site. went with friends from another toyota dealership. i know most the techs around the few dealerships in my area

our toys. mines the red honda

night racing at comp hill

watch 4 dirt bike riders jumping

road around and found a jeep stuck

tri tip

unloading a quad is easy but after a day of riding, i was beat the next day to load it. so i found a better way

I was suppose to head north to sourgrass trail and slick rock for a 2 night 3 day trip but due to the unexpected smoke in the area i decide not to go. it was a FJ45 event. i really wanna do Slick Rock too. since i didnt wanna ruin my weekend, i decided to get my coworker/friend to try out his new suspension lift on his 2nd gen. it was nice just having two rigs, much easier.

LEFT- BJ Spacer Front. LC Rear Spring/Spacer
RIGHT- Blazeland LT/Zuk Rear
you can see how much more level my truck is and im on the higher side of the rock

shock is fully compressed before it can touch the low profile bumps ;(

the hill is leaning downhill on the passanger side. i think i could have gone higher but my friend kept saying i was gonna flip. been higher but for his sake i stopped

parked on the edge of doom lol

still finishing up my additional air tank before i post up pictures of that
went a REI used gear sale where they sell things for really cheap. broke/slightly used items
i was there looking for a backpack. trying to get into backpacking cuz its not cheap haha. anyways i was there and found this bag/table combo. i was really interested in it because i have been lacking a table. i was gonna spend $20 for one of those simple small aluminum tables but lucky i waited. this bag will replace the action pack. the other action pack was recently replaced by the ARB recovery bag. been trying to change up my set up so it works better for me.
anyways the bag is great. the table folds up and goes into the bag and its actually a decent size table and much bigger than the small ones i was looking at. i will be able to keep all my cooking gear plus all the dry non ice chest foods . it also came with 3 bags that i will keep those dry foods in.
the best part is i only paid $24 with tax. this bag/table goes for $150 new. i was told it was also a display item so it basically is new. reason for the cheap price is because two of the tables tabs was broken and missing. when i got home, i found one in the bag and installed it with small screws i had. it doesnt even need that two missing tabs because the two already on there is enough to keep it in place. anyways here are some pictures of it

Wow! Crazy line of cars at Huckfest! How long does it take from the time you for stopped and that line and when you got in the gate?

Cool video! She's looking good man... It sure looks beautiful up there!

Very interesting backpack in table. I got a lot of people interested last time we went to Tierra del Sol. I mine is definitely not that light I would imagine, but its pretty light and it basically fits into a smaller bag then most folding expendable chair type things? I don't know what they're called... Collapsible chairs? Anyway, you know what I mean those tall bags... If I can manage to get to Pismo I will definitely show you. I'll probably just end up watching everybody on that trip... I haven't relaxed in way too long! Lol

Thanks for sharing the pictures of the trip and the new gear. Its pretty motivating... By the way, I swear I commented on some of that because your truck backed up to the sand to load up the bikes, I thought that was really cool... And now I don't see my comment anywhere. Something weird happens to me once in awhile when I'm commenting while out and about. Anyway, hopefully this one will stay. I've had like five disappearing messages now, & I'm getting sick of it! Hahaha

I love finding those gems on sale like that. I've been working on packing for my trip on Monday and man, I can't believe how much I care about weight these days. While I'm definitely looking forward to it, there's a real sense of dread as well. =p

I don't really have any car camping gear like that. All my stuff is backpacking gear not really designed for comfort so much as size and weight and I'm finding that the older I get, the more I'm looking for that kind of stuff like you linked since I'm not having to carry it on my back. Just bought my first real sleeping pad and its... glorious! Haha. It's going to be nice to be comfortable, even if it's only for one night of a trip before we cross the trailed head and have to leave that stuff in the truck.

i was like 1/2 a mile away from the gates to get in. so it was alot of cars. the line kept getting longer and longer behind me. i got in like around 820am and was on the sand by 930am. my buddy got in line around 10am and was at the gate at 1130am, which they than told him park is closed and no day passes unless you have reservations. he was bummed and i told him i could get him in but he was with family and has access to a beach house. that is another long story i will leave out of this thread lol

you really should try to make it out to PISMO. it wont be packed like huckfest weekend but will be a ton of yota for sure. i wont be taking my quad this time and it will just be the Runner. hope to drive around in the dunes with the other guys this time

that is funny. i started out with all the big heavy stuff since i figure hey the truck is carrying all my gear. little did i know, all that armor, tires and weight of gear slowed me down so much on the hills i have started to switch out most my camping gear to what backpackers uses. another reason why is, i want to get into backpacking (weekend hikes/camping) i sure you know this stuff is expensive. so i figure i will get stuff i can uses as dual purpose in both the truck and backpacking.
